Every blind we sell is custom made to your exact measurements and specifications — it doesn't exist until you order it. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer.

Measurement Guarantee

Worried about getting your measurements right? Choose Measure + Install and at checkout. Our team will confirm every measurement before your order goes into production — if a blind doesn't fit because of a measurement we confirmed, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

DIY orders are based on the measurements you provide, so please follow our measuring guide carefully and double-check each window.

Manufacturer Warranty

Every blind comes with the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your blind arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible — we'll work with the manufacturer to repair or replace it at no cost to you.
