How long does it take to receive my order?

Your blinds are custom made to order, so production and shipping typically take about 3 weeks from when your order is confirmed.

What's the difference between DIY and Measure + Install?

DIY pricing assumes you’ve taken your own measurements and will install the blinds yourself — we ship directly to your door with instructions. Measure + Install includes a visit from our team to confirm your measurements and install the blinds for you, backed by our measurement guarantee. See our measuring guide for tips either way.

What if I measure wrong and my blinds don't fit?

If you choose Measure + Install, our team confirms your measurements before production — that's the measurement guarantee. For DIY orders, we recommend following our measuring guide closely and double-checking every window, since each one can vary slightly even in the same room.

Can I return or cancel my order?

Because every blind is custom made to your exact measurements, all sales are final and we're unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order is submitted to the manufacturer. See our return policy for full details, including manufacturer warranty coverage for defects.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — every blind comes with the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas, as well as Idaho and Utah. DIY orders ship anywhere within those service areas; Measure + Install is available where our installers operate.

Inside mount or outside mount — which should I choose?

Inside mount fits the shade inside the window frame for a clean, built-in look (requires enough depth). Outside mount is mounted on the wall or trim above the window — useful for shallow frames or when you want to block more light. Our measuring guide covers how to measure for both.

Do I need an account to get a quote?

No — you can build a full quote and see your exact price without creating an account or providing any contact information. An account is only needed when you're ready to place an order.

Is sales tax included in my quote?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Can I still talk to a real person?
