We submit your order to the manufacturer
Once your order is placed, our team reviews it and submits it directly to the manufacturer for production. You'll get a confirmation email with your order number.
Production & shipping (~3 weeks)
Your blinds are custom made to order — they don't exist until you order them. Production and shipping typically take about 3 weeks from order confirmation.
Install (or we do it for you)
DIY orders ship straight to your door with everything you need. If you chose Measure + Install, our team will schedule your installation once your order arrives.
